Remembering the HUGE impact

9/11 was a bad day to remember. A huge plane crashed into the twin towers causing people to lose lives. This would be followed by two more planes, one into the south and one into the pentagon.

This day was planned for a terrorist attack. At the bottom, photos will be showed at the bottom for evidence that shows the event that created chaos, and people taking their lives. This Was a symbol that showed fear into America. The building was high, and people had to jump from it reaching 1,368 ft.

When I heard about 9/11 and the attack that went down, I was amazed. I was thinking to myself that because of some dumb rivalry many people lost their lives. Many Families lost members, and it was a very sad moment for all. When the day came, I remembered how this impacted man people in a negative way. This was a serious event that happen.

These photos show people taking their life because they already knew they wouldn’t be able to survive. These people were brave enough for a risk. They must have been very scared. This helps you learn how people can be. they did not care about the people that it would affect.

File Formats.

JPEG: the default setting for most cameras. Best for storing multiple photos onto one memory card and quick actions due to its automatic compression of file size. This inevitably comes with quality reduction.

HEIF: Newer file type by Apple It compresses the size of images, similar to JPEG, but the quality of the image is similar. However, it isn’t as universal. It may not display certain Browers, programs, etc.

TIFF: Saves higher quality images without true compression. Preferred for editing due to the comparably higher quality than other file formats displays on most browsers and can easily be transformed into a JPEG. The size means more storage is needed in one session, and will take longer.

RAW: An option on most cameras that saves all original features of what is captured, keeping the photo at the highest quality. Denies auto adjustment by cameras.

DNG: Format created by Adobe as an alternative route for RAW. It’s a modernized version of RAW, as its more flexible to newer cameras.

PNG: Another file similar to JPEG but a little larger. It has lossless compression, keeping the quality while editing. This size makes it flexible to be displayed across all browsers.

GIF: Allows transparency and animation. Not the best choice for photos and is limited on what colors can be shown.

BMP: Can be used for printing and the images have higher quality. The drawback is that large file size requires a lot of storage.

PSD: Ability to manipulate images on separate layers. Once the image is edited, it can be re-saved as any other file format.
